I recently purchased your workbench plans and began to work on it. Bought all tools needed. When I went to screw in the frame, the 2x4s twisted on me. I even used corner clamps. It's perfectly square corner to corner but now the 2x4s are a bit twisted. Should I just sand/plane off the extruding bits to stay level? Not sure what to do here. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Great and very thorough video series. I really appreciate it. I live in Michigan where we have snow half the year. I'm afraid of melted snow with salt getting under the tiles and not evaporating. I installed very similar tile in my laundry room years ago. We had an overflow and I had to remove the tiles because it wouldn't dry underneath. Those tiles were flat with no air flow system underneath. I will do some more investigation. Thank you!

Great video. Your garage looks awesome. And I'm super impressed by your creativity in solving problems, like removing material from your baseboards to compensate for the concrete that was sticking out past the walls. But how did you get around the water heater? From what I can tell it looks like you installed the flooring under the water heater, but I can't imagine you uninstalled the water heater to add the flooring, and then put it back. But overall, great video, great job.

Living in the Midwest and driving into the garage with snow covered slush during winter. Will that melting snow work its way between/under the tiles? Or, is the interlock waterproof, in terms of leaking seams? Thank you.

Try using hot melt glue gun with the liquid nail glue. The hot glue will instantly adhere to wall and hold the base board tight against wall until the liquid nail dries. I use this method for all installations where I can't use fasteners.

Been there sir... sounds like you're on the right track to get back to who you are. There'll be bad days... reach out to the ones that love and respect you for both the good AND bad days. Keep baby girl on the front. I'm not a professional, but that way was what saved my sanity.

Can someone explain to me how the boards don’t lift up towards the center or have air under them that you feel when you walk on it? I didn’t see the boards get glued down or nailed down, am I missing something?

That major crack in the concrete floor means you have a major foundation problem. The foundation has not been compacted enough, also when laying titles you do the 3x4x5 method to ensure your titles will be laid square. You do not follow the walls of the house as they may not be square. When laying title and starting from the centre of the floor using the 3x4x5 method you lay the titles from the center of the foor outwards to the walls.
